Set Up an Office 365 Exchange Online Account (Delegation only)

To manually configure your Office 365 online account and set up the Delegation (Reviewer) rights using Outlook:

  1. Create Office 365 Exchange Online account.

  2. Go to File menu in Outlook.

  3. From the Account Settings drop-down, click Delegate Access.  

  1. If there are no accounts, click Add to add the account.

  2. Search the Exchange Online account and click Add.

  1. Click OK. The Delegate permissions pop-up window is opened.

  2. From the Calendar drop-down, select Reviewer (can read items).

  1. Click OK.
